Job Requirements:
- Data Entry for new hires with high level of accuracy
- Process and track security clearance submissions
- Respond to email queries on staff benefits
- Update and retrieve information on Staff Leave/Benefits in SAP/Workday
- Maintenance of physical Pfiles
- Close liaison with internal departments for smooth on boarding of personnel
- Any other ad hoc HR related administration

Salary:

Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in HR Operations including data management and staff benefits administration
- At least a diploma in HR or related field
- Good written and communication skills
- Able to multi task and is Tech Savy
- Quick learner and a team player
- Meticulous in record keeping
- Able to work independently
- Resilience to withstand pressure from clients and high recruitment volume
