Sales Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to Head of Division of Alternative Wealth Management (AWM)
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and customer analysis
• Upkeep of customers' data 
• Looking and sourcing for vendors as and when required 
• Planning and budgeting for festive occasions such as Christmas/Chinese New Year etc
• Maintaining inventory of office supplies and re-ordering process 
• Supporting the sales force with general operations 
• Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed to staff and department 

Contractual Period:

• Permanent

Salary:

• Up to $2000 based on qualification and experience

Location:

• Raffles Place

Working Hours:

• Mon-Fri (9:30am to 6:30pm)

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma holder 
• Fresh graduates are welcome 
• Proficient in MS Office 
• Time-management and organization skills
