Associate Engineer/Senior Associate Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via Helpdesk and able to resolve issues that are escalated in a timely manner.
• Resolve Customers’ requests according to legal and company guidelines.

Period:

• 1 Year contract

Location:

• Jurong East

Working Hours:

• 7.30a.m.-7.30p.m.(Mondays-Fridays,including the weekends and Public holidays)
• Mainly two rotating shift in office hours,Mon-Fri;
  • A. 7:30 am ~5:00pm
  • B. 10:30am~7:30pm
• Duty personnel will need to support Standby after office hours(when needed) on Priority 1 case; to handle phone call on 24x7, and activate the dev team.

Salary:

• Up to $2,600 + Allowance

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITE in Information Technology, Information Systems/IT Security.
• A team player who possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior knowledge of ITSM or ITIL will be an added advantage
• Able to work Rotating shift hours or commit to Standby duty, including weekends and Public holidays,when needed.
