Job Responsibilities
- Drafting, amending and signing off agency agreements
- Managing day to day agency management functions which includes loan agreement, fund management, agency fee calculation, interest and dividend calculation, assisting other countries on JV and TPA agreement clauses, etc.
- Financial modelling of JV’s and TPA’s commission payments
- Ensuring compliance with countries’ corporate rules and filing requirements
- Impact analysis of proposed change in agreement terms and conditions

Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience with exposure in South and West Asia countries preferred
- Travelling is required
- Minimum Degree qualification, MBA/Accounting/Business degree will be an advantage
