Assistant Manager, Agency Management

Job Responsibilities

  • Drafting, amending and signing off agency agreements
  • Managing day to day agency management functions which includes loan agreement, fund management, agency fee calculation, interest and dividend calculation, assisting other countries on JV and TPA agreement clauses, etc.
  • Financial modelling of JV’s and TPA’s commission payments
  • Ensuring compliance with countries’ corporate rules and filing requirements
  • Impact analysis of proposed change in agreement terms and conditions

  • $5500 - $6000

 

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

 

Location

  • Marina Bay

 

Job Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience with exposure in South and West Asia countries preferred
  • Travelling is required
  • Minimum Degree qualification, MBA/Accounting/Business degree will be an advantage
