Customer Support cum Admin

Job Responsibilities:

• Do motor quotation from company computer system to generate/create quotation (Necessary training will be provided)
• Issue motor insurance certificate
• Handle direct clients, life  agents and car dealers
• Answer phone calls – answer incoming calls from clients/ dealers /life agents /public (not much) for insurance enquiries
• Input/update information using the company computer system

• Yio Chu Kang

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday :9 to 6pm, Lunch provided daily except Sat.
• Alternate Saturday : 9 to 12.30pm to 1pm 

Salary:

• $2200 – $2400 + Performance Rewards

Requirements:​

• 3 GCE ‘O ‘level passes or Basic Competency Examination certificate
• CGI (Certificate in General Insurance
