Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team comprising around 30 Technical Officers and Technicians.
- Ensure that the team comply with the rules and regulations set out by the Client
- Ensure that other contractors comply with the rules and regulations set out by the customer
- Oversee and ensure the team conducts routine daily inspections and report to Client upon detection of faults, irregularities and theft
- Execute the alternative contingency plan to minimise the downtime or non-availability of the systems and facilities when the contractors have failed to perform.
- Ensure swift response to emergency and urgent repairs (i.e. mechanical faults, fire alarms, breakdowns)
- Supervise and certify works executed by contractors
- Ensure team carry out first line response on site to any feedback received from the Customer, and carry out the necessary rectification works
- Check regularly and ensure daily claims are compiled accurately by the team and approved by the customer promptly
- Work with the Client to ensure monthly claims for the fixed fee and daily works are claimed accurately and promptly
- Ensure that there are sufficient stores for rectification works and purchase additional stores whenever required.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of store inventory being drawn out and added into the store.

- Rotating shift, work on weekends
- 8am – 4pm
- 4pm – 12am (shuttle bus will send you back to nearby locations if you don’t drive)
Salary:
- Up to $5300
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant fields in Facilities Management/ Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management. Experience of managing buildings or facilities with systems like BMS, Standby Generators, High Tension, Chiller Systems and Data Centre is a plus.
- Team leader with strong supervisory experience and interpersonal skills
- Candidate with Certified Fire Safety Manager/ Audio-Visual (AV) background is an advantage
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Positive and professional attitude towards customers
- Able to perform under pressure and tight timeline under stringent and high customer demands
- Able to work shift based on duty roster schedule (inclusive of weekends and public holidays)
