HDB Commercial Operations Manager
Choa Chu Kang /Woodlands
Job Responsibilities:
- To be the overall in-charge of the operation and management of HDB car parks
- To manage the O&M Team
- To be the Point of Contact (POC) to HDB on all operation and management matters on HDB car parks
- To submit patrol rosters to HDB for approval
- To submit monthly reports to HDB
- To attend interviews relating to appeals / complaints received or to attend scheduled meetings/ discussions with HDB.
Period:
- Contract up to 2 years
Location:
- Choa Chu Kang /Woodlands
Working Hours:
- 8:30am – 6.00pm, Monday – Friday
Requirement
- Diploma in any field
- 3 years of working experience in car park operations is preferred
- Possesses class 2 or 3 driving license, own transport preferred

- Based on qualification
