Content Specialist (Marketing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning marketing campaigns and managing a team according to ROIs and KPIs set
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for lead acquisition
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners, whenever necessary
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Period:

• Permanent / Contract

Working Hours:

• Mon – Fri 9.30am - 6.30pm

Location:

• Tanjong Pagar

Salary:

• Up to $4,000

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification / proven working experience in marketing or a related field
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing a team of marketers
• Exposed to marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns and events 
• Astute in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that hits ROIs and KPIs 
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
