Facility Building Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Station on-site and perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance works in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Systems according to Scheduled Maintenance
• Responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing building’s M&E systems such as air-con and fire control and protection/BMS system.
• Attend to feedback, breakdown and customer service requests
• Attend to Fault-Calls and carry out rectification of Faults within specified time and budget
• Perform stand-by duty on emergency call back service
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairs of Mechanical and Electrical systems

Period:

• 2 years contract

Location:

• North/East/Central

Working Hours:

• 8am to 8pm
• 8pm to 8am
• 9am to 9pm
• 9pm to 9am

Salary:

• Salary up to $2100 + VB + PB (upon completion of 1 year service) + OT 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/ Higher Nitec with Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Engineering with 3 years’ relevant experience. Candidates with diploma will be considered for Senior Technician position.
• Must have hands on knowledge of ACMV and Fire Protection system
• CERT Trained personnel has an advantage
• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to interact and articulate well within and other departments
