Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

PRE-SALES (20%)

Support sales department on customer enquiries and machine specifications.

• Attend to enquiries on business solutions from customers and sales personnel.
• Attend tender briefings with sales personnel.

POST-SALES (80%)

• Perform installation and setting up of solutions according to customers’ office environment requirement.          
• Support technicians on troubleshooting (software).                       
• Support customer enquiries and ad-hoc requirements on solutions.
• Provide first level of IT Support to customer through Team Viewer.
• Provide On-site IT Service Troubleshooting at customer's premises.
• Assist call centre on the first level support on customer enquiries.
• Updating completed software service calls data through Evatic.

TRAINING

• Create user guides on software installation/troubleshooting.                       
• Create user guides on solutions according to customers’ settings.                             
• Provide IT service/Solutions training to technicians or sales personnel.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30 pm

Salary:

• $2,800 - $3,800 + $120 Driving Allowance

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/ Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 2-4 years of experience with Multifunctional Copier industry.
• Candidate who possess Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Certification will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good analytic and troubleshooting skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive mindset.
