HR Associate (Recruitment)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day to day recruitment for all active openings.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle which includes;
  • a. Job posting in internal and external job portals
  • b. Arrangement of interviews
  • c. Prepare employment contracts and ensure job offer is made via Workday within given timeline
  • d. Coordination of new hire onboardings
• Communicate and work closely with HR Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates.
• Manage recruitment related queries and assist to troubleshoot Workday related issues.
• Backup support to other team members during peak hiring period.
• Apply for EPs and follow ups with MOM and other required agencies.
• Ensure daily task assigned are duly completed within KPI timeline.
• Submission of monthly or ad-hoc reports on recruitment statistics.
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Team Lead / HR Manager

Period:

• 2 years contract

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (8.30am – 6pm)

Salary:

• Up to $2,800 + Bonus

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in HR or relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of HR experience
• Past experience in government ministries and statutory boards would be considered favourable
• Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in using Workday or other Cloud HR solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills, highly adaptable
• High level of initiative and mind set of continuous improvement
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and organised.
• Independent, resourceful, team player, results-driven and customer-focused
