Deputy Head Facilities Management Centre

Responsibilities

• Experience working across functional team, achieving overall operational efficiency.     
• Provide strategic leadership, management and operational strategic direction in charting the growth of Facilities Management Centre (FMC)
• Ensure financial excellence of the FMC
• Ensure all FMC programmes meet their contractual KPI’s
• Build relationships with customers to explore new businesses and develop revenue pipelines
• Integrate and harmonize all resources within FMC to ensure teamwork and synergy

• Permanent 

Working Hours

• 8am to 5.45pm (5 days work week).

Location

• Jalan Boon Lay.

Salary Range

• $8500 – $11,000 per month (Depending on experiences) 
• performance bonus depending on individual performance

Requirement:

• Degree in Facilities Management and/or relevant Engineering fields
• Financial management knowledge and experience is a must
• Engineering knowledge in specific facilities management fields will be valued
• Possess a globalised thinking and collaborative approach in strategic development and solution
• Able to motivate, coaching and develop team members for high performance
• Possess deep knowledge on the facilities management industries, well connected to strategic customer bases and industry partners
• Strong writing and communication skills
