Service Quality Officer

Responsibilities

• Review calls quality for sales team
• Reports submission
• Prepare call transcripts when requested
• And any other ad hoc duties

Period 

• 6 months contract 

Location:

• Novena

Working hours

• 9am-6.30pm

Salary

• $1800 + OT Pay 

Requirements 

• Minimum qualifications - O levels
• Excel skills preferred
