Accounts Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

• Basic accounting knowledge, i.e. Account Receivable(AR) / Account Payable(AP) / General Ledger(GL).
• Cash Book & Bank Reconciliation.
• Billing to Clients (i.e. Issue Sales Invoices/Debit Note).
• Matching Purchase Order(PO), Delivery Order Note(DO), Purchase Invoice from Suppliers/Subcon.
• Process payment to Suppliers/Subcon.
• To capture Accounting data entries.
• Other ad-hoc as assigned.

Period:

• Permanent 

Location:

• Sims Drive (nearest to Aljunied MRT)

Working Hours:

• 5 working days (Monday – Friday) – 8am to 5pm 

Salary:

• $1500 to $1800 per month

Job Requirements:

• No Experience required 
• Accounting Certificate/Diploma or equivalents.
