Principal Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and manage leadership development processes and initiatives.
• Identify, engage and collaborate with both internal and external partners towards successful outreach to the leadership community.
• Make use of in-house leadership database system to analyse and report leadership trends towards designing appropriate strategies.
• Manage day-to-day activities associated with leadership identification and development.

Working Hours:

• 8:30am – 6pm Monday to Friday

Salary:

• $6,000 to $7,000 + VB + Flexible benefits + Mobile Allowance

Job Requirements:

• Resourceful, people oriented with great communications, engagement and influencing skills.
• High energy level, committed and self-driven towards objectives.
• Analytical and able to make sense out of statistical data.
• As this role requires candidate to develop leadership development strategies and initiatives, it will be useful if candidate has prior experience in similar capacity.
• Candidate will be required to work outside regular work hours as most leadership engagement programmes are mostly in the evenings and some weekends.
