Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager to ensure that all Key Performance Indicators are met to the required standards.
- Responsible for the content Quality Assurance (QA) management and schedule.
- Ensure the Content Governance Framework is relevant and kept up to date.
- Ensure proper and timely archival of all learning content into Learning Portal.
- Responsible for working out acceptance test for User Acceptance Test (UAT) / on-site Acceptance Test (OSAT).
- Schedule OSAT for all eContent and application development.
- Assist in Post Implementation Review.
- Timely and responsive follow-up with end users for all operations issues on content.
- Determines appropriate testing and evaluation methods and systems for all e-Content for mobile platforms, Video Content, mobile apps and mobile software Compatibility testing.
- Responsible for quality control and oversight on the conversion of legacy content, development of new content and refreshing of existing content.
- Supervise establishment of a common content development standard and specification throughout organisation.
- Ensure quality of the developed content/courseware meets service quality requirements.
- Monitor, analyse and interpret statistics and other data such as feedbacks and produce relevant reports on a regular basis to support performance management as well as customer requirements.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.

Requirements:
- Diploma holder, preferably IT related, Computer Science, Digital Media Design, etc.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be advantageous.
- Proactive in solutioning.
- Possess good time management skills and be goal oriented.
- Must be meticulous and able to pay attention to fine details.
- Knowledge and experience working with Dreamweaver, Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Articulate, Lectora, Raptivity, Unity and creating web pages using HTML, XML, and other web technologies.
- Good knowledge of authoring tools, usability and functionality and testing methods
- Possess good communication and strong interpersonal relationship skills. Able to work as a team as well as independently.
