Project Management Executive (Apps)

Responsibilities: 

• Perform quality checks on eContent and mobile application development based on Content Governance Framework guidelines.
• Ensure all e-Content and applications is able to run on the designated environment.
• Assist in supervision of the end-to-end development of e-Content and applications with focus on quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness.
• Assist users in the deployment and use of eContent and applications and other daily operational issues.
• Ensure quality of the developed content/courseware meets service quality requirements.
• Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) and On-Site Acceptance Test (OSAT).
• Coordinate with customer on a regular basis to achieve project outcomes required.
• Ensure that all security regulations and guidelines are adhered to by the whole team.
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management

Period: 

• 2 Years Contract (renewable) 

Working Hours: 

• Office Hours, Mon – Fri

Salary:

• $2600 + VB

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder, preferably IT related, Computer Science, Digital Media Design, etc.
• Proactive in solutioning.
• Possess good time management skills and be goal oriented. 
• Must be meticulous and able to pay attention to fine details.  Knowledge and experience working with Dreamweaver, Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Articulate, Lectora, Raptivity, Unity and creating web pages using HTML, XML, and other web technologies.
• Good knowledge of authoring tools, usability and functionality and testing methods.
• Possess good communication and strong interpersonal relationship skills. 
• Able to work as a team as well as independently.
