Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking off quantities.
• Estimating and Tendering.
• Project Procurement and Purchasing.
• Project Progress Claims, Variations and Final Accounts.
• General contracts administration, including payment, claims and Variation Order (V.O).
• Negotiation and pricing analysis on materials
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Period:

• Permanent 

Location:

• Sims Drive (nearest to Aljunied MRT – EAST AREA)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8am – 5:30pm

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• Minimum 4-5 year of relevant project experience (Building Construction).
• Relevant working experience in construction industry (main contractor) is advantaged.
