Operation Officer ( Billing / Shipping Department)

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Support role – liaison with Hong Kong TF Platform
• Assist the team in vessel and counterparties scanning
• Assist team in export collection and forfaiting
• Other Administrative duties as assigned

Period:

• 12 Months contract 

Working Hours:

•  Mon – Fri 8:30am to 6:00pm

Location:

• Robinson Road

Salary:

• Up to $2800 + VB
• Completion bonus (subject to performance) 

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or Banking
• Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, Dow Jones, Purple Trac, Lloyd Intelligence
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in Bills/Shipping Department
• Must be able to commit for at least one year
