Quality Assurance Executive (Clinical Review Programme)

Responsibilities: 

• You will support the administration of clinical quality programmes, conduct clinical review of patient records, identify relevant clinical care issues and liaise with the respective departments to evaluate the effectiveness of the risk management programmes.

• Perform root cause analysis and conduct risk mitigation exercises and lead or participate in projects assigned.

• Document meeting minutes for clinical department meetings.

• You will play a supporting role in ensuring that clinical outcomes are consistent with current accepted practices.  

• Required to integrate and analyse data using statistical methods, present meaningful information for process improvement, as well as facilitate activities related to quality and patient safety.

• You will also coordinate meetings, draft minutes, prepare reports and present to committees.

Working Hours: 

• Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 6 pm 

Requirements:

• Recognised degree in medical or nursing profession or health sciences.
• Relevant experience in clinical quality and in the healthcare industry will be of added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently with strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills and a good eye for detail is essential
• Good oral and written communication skills
