Accounts Assistant (Full Set)

- Sin Ming Lane
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Up to $2800

Responsibilites: 

  • Manage full-set of accounts.
  • Profit & Loss Statement
  • Balance Sheet
  • Fixed Asset Register
  • Balance Sheet Schedules
  • Familiar with AP & AR
  • Processing, billing, follow up on payments and invoices
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements and management reports for Supervisor’s review.
  • Handle queries on the financial transactions.
  • Monitor and upkeep service standards and improve it constantly.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Location: 

  • Sin Ming Lane

 

Working Hours: 

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

 

Salary:

  • Up to $2800 

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level or other relevant professional qualifications (eg. Advance LCCI, CAT)
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel is preferred
  • Experience in doing full set of accounts preferred. 
  • Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good in Mathematics.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
