Customer Care (Gas Market Network) - Up to $2000

Responsibilities:

• Handle OEM enquiries (e.g. eligibility, general and other enquiries) and transactions within service levels
• Follow up on OEM related reports to respective stakeholders
• Handle transfer requests from customers
• Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and complaints
• Other ad-hoc OEM related administrative duties as assigned

Period:

• Mar 20 to Feb 21. Tentatively start date 16 Mar 20.

Location:

• Kallang

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $2000

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably with 1 – 2 years of experience.

• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
