Talent Acquisition


- 3 months contract (will convert to Perm)
- Up to $3500
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am-5.30pm
- Queenstown

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment functions with the objective of fulfilling the organisation's manpower requirements. This entails:
    1. Posting job advertisements on various mediums, pre-screening, and arranging interviews
    2. Facilitating interview sessions and verification of candidate’s documents
    3. Liaising with headhunters and recruitment agencies pertaining to recruitment matters
    4. Proposing job offers for selected candidates
    5. Prepare appointment letters and onboarding documents
    6. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal regulations and company policies, including maintaining accurate records and documentation
  1. On-Boarding
  1. Manage new employees' onboarding administration
  2. Conduct first workday induction
  3. Manage the staff orientation programme
  1. Employee Appraisal and Confirmation
  1. Administer new employee's confirmation
  2. Administer employees' performance appraisal exercise
  1. Other Duties Assigned
  1. Prepare weekly or ad-hoc manpower/ HR reports as and when required
  2. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Department Head

 

Period:

 3 months contract (will be converted to perm)

 

Salary:

  • Up to $3500

 

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am-5.30pm 

 

Location:

  •  Queenstown

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition
  • Preferably has prior human resource work experience in a tertiary education organisation
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing in English, and is able to communicate with employees at all levels
  • Prefers working in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment
  • Good working knowledge of local employment legislation
  • Able to work well with team members, and independently when required
  • Good analytical skills
  • Meticulous
  • Able to complete assigned work in a timely manner
