Claims Associate (Tanjong Pagar-Sub)

Responsibilities:

• Manage grant disbursement for various fundings to ensure timely and accurate payment to the beneficiaries or grantees.
• Verify correctness and completeness of claim against checklist and/or supporting documents.
• Prepare claim memo and create claim in the system.
• Attend to escalated enquiries and liaise with external parties for clarification.
• Collation of data/ information/ statistics for reporting.
• Using RPA tools for automating daily operational tasks.
• Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Period:

• 2 years full-time outsourced contract (renewable)

Location:

• Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6pm (Hybrid)

Salary:

• Up to $3650 + PB

Requirements:

• Degree in accountancy, finance or business with at least 1 year of relevant work experience or diploma in the same fields with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Candidates with degree in Physics/Mathematics/Economics, who are confident in handling data and numbers, can be considered.
• Experience in public sector grants or claims processing or handling of grant disbursement would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets confidently. Must be comfortable working with complex spreadsheets and handling substantial volumes of data.
• Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as a team player, with motivation to learn and progress as a team.
