Duties:

To assist in the planning, oversee the coordination and monitoring of logistics, resources, duringtraining delivery for the fulfilment of the programme, project and service objectives (customersatisfaction and process quality). These may apply for both funded and non-fundedprogrammes.

To support post-delivery administrative processes, as needed, and provide administrativesupport to fulfill the contract and, as needed, to our customers (learners and/or clients), faculty,partners, and internal stakeholders. This may include, among others, the collation ofevaluation reports and assessment records for funded programmes.

To provide data to Programme Lead for the tracking of performance targets and outcomes.

To communicate and liaise with customers, work with faculty, vendors (e.g. caterers), internalstakeholders (e.g., facilities), and partners where needed, during training delivery for theresolution of operational and service matters with the aim of optimising learning experience

To help identify service gaps and opportunities for improvement during training delivery bysurveying the faculty, learners, training environment and provide feedback to the ProgrammeLead on service and process improvements in the respective programme, project and/orserviceTo support ad-hoc administrative requests for the collation of documents and other relatedtasks for specific projects and/or work tasks.To attend all mandatory training as required as per policies and for any on-the-job trainingin preparation for and fulfillment of the role.

either 8am to 5pm, 8.30am to 5.30pm, or 9am to 6pm (for a minimum deployment of half a day or 4 hours a day) and depending on the monthly work schedule

Salary:
- up to $4,515 per month (full days per week)
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder, preferably some knowledge on the running of funded programmes project Management skills
