HRSS - Admin Team

Responsibilities: 
  • Leave admin (Handling queries through the leave admin mailbox and hotline. Managing all types of leave in the system including generating leave reports for users.)
  • Process government paid leave claims
  • Electronic Signature Book assignment
  • Staff referral
  • Spot Award management
  • Data Quality Monitoring
  • Long Service award administration such as preparing list of LSA recipients every year to ensure that the select choice of award is given out to employee promptly, organizing the annual award ceremony
  • Arrange temporary accommodation including invoicing
  • Daily card transmission and staff card printing
  • Responding to ex-employees Reference Check and collate new hires’ reference checks
  • Adhoc tasks and reporting (leave cover, updating the HRSS dashboard, as assigned)

 

Duration:

  • 1 year contract
 
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
 
Working Location:
  • Raffles Place
 
Salary:
  • up to $3600
 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum Diploma with relevant experience or Degree in HR/Business
