Accounts Assistant (AP, AR)


- 1 year contract (renewable)
- Up to $3200
- West Area (Shuttle service provided)
- Mon to Fri, 8.45am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and pay supplier invoices on time to maintain vendor relationships and avoid late fees.
  • Generate and send customer invoices and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and customer accounts regularly.
  • Keep organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Help prepare financial reports like aging reports, payment schedules, and monthly summaries.
  • Follow internal controls and comply with company policies and financial regulations. Stay updated on accounting standards.

  •  1 year contract (renewable)

Location:

  • West area (Shuttle service provided)

Working hours:

  • Mon to Fri, 8.45am – 5.30pm

Salary:

  • Up to $3,200 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Min GCE O level / Diploma holder
  • Prior experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.​
