Responsibilities

Analyse process workflows and apply process improvement techniques
Gather business requirements from process owners and map work processes for various functions/departments
Conduct process assessments to identify suitable use cases for RPA or automation using technology or available tools
Create process documentation i.e. scorecard, process definition, solution design and user document
Design, test and implement solutions as per the delivery lifecycle
Troubleshoot reported errors, identify root cause and provide timely resolution
Identify best practices and continuous improvement in RPA solutions
Conduct RPA, automation related training

Requirements

Minimum 1-year working experience in RPA implementation using UiPath or similar technology
Experience in UiPath Orchestrator will be an advantage
Experience in process analysis and process improvement techniques
Interest in developing RPA solutions, libraries and functionalities
Experience working with .NET classes and objects
Experience in markup languages (HTML, XML)
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (C#, Python, Java etc.)
Excellent communication skills to liaise with people from different background, technical and non-technical.
Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information & Communication Technology or similar areas is preferred.
