AVP/Head Strategic Planning & Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Develop plans, analyse data, in order to align Biz goals to achieve the company’s objectives.
• Lead business development strategies
• Develop strategies and plans for existing and new businesses.
• Manage and administer the sales operations in the organisation.
• Define and communicate key performance indicators and targets for the sales team
• Develop strategic points of views and insights for strategy discussions and brainstorming sessions.
• Manage, coordinate, and integrate different sources of information for stakeholder communication.
• Support and drive cadence of leadership and management meetings

• Permanent

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio/ Jurong east

Working Hours:

• Mon – Fri; 9.30am – 6.30pm

Salary:

• Up to $11000 + VB

Requirements:

• Good degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Business Administration from a reputable university
• Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments, bringing a structured approach.
• Strong stakeholder management and can work well across all teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication including C-suite presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate concepts and complex ideas in clear and impactful manner.
• Possess high integrity and ethics, positive work attitude, versatile, hands-on and with good attention to details
