Customer Service Executive Assistant

- 2 years contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)
- Mon to Fri 8.00am to 5:30pm
- Depot Road
- Up to $2700 + PB

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ queries (via telephone / email) escalated from Call Centre
  • Handle queries from walk-in customers
  • Handle first level troubleshooting with regard to the Internet e-services
  • Escalating complex queries for superior’s intervention
  • Engaging customer in change management campaigns
  • Suggest improvements arising from feedbacks or interaction with the customers
  • Submit daily report in a timely manner
