  • You will resolve problems, tackle enquiries, and provide first-level advice through our inbound corporate hotline, ranging from technical support, internet banking troubleshooting and other digital initiatives.
  • To fully understand customer’s needs and provide appropriate and accurate solutions
  • Placing the customer at the heart of what you do, delivering a positive experience for the customer
  • Hands-on experience in the banking industry
  • Opportunity to learn about the different aspects of banking and finance
  • Exposure to professionals in the field who can provide mentorship and guidance
  • Possibility of obtaining a full-time position after completion of the temp role (subject to performance)

Working hours:                

  • Mon – Fri, 9am to 6pm



  • up to $12/hr



  • Minimum A Level or Diploma / equivalent or experience in a Contact Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment
