Contract Staff, Retail & Hospitality

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Pre-Qualification documentation process
  • Assist in following-up with vendors on documentations such as Letter of Award, Master Service Agreement, Insurance etc
  • Assist in the compilation of Master Contract List
  • Assist in procurement activities such as stationery, congratulatory flowers etc
  • Assist in IT-related procurement activities
  • Assist in Minutes of Meetings for Department Meetings
  • Assist in raising of Purchase Order, processing of invoices (uploading into Accounting system) and billing instructions
  • Assist in managing season parking related matters
  • Assist in Operational Risk Management (ORM) compliance related matters
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation
  • Assist in any other adhoc administrative duties as assigned

 

Salary:

  • Up to $3000 depend on experience

 

Period:

  • 6 Months Contract

 

Location:

  • Rafflesplace

 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

 

Requirements:

  • Higher NITEC or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Experience in administration support; preferably in property management industry
  • Ability to contribute as a team in a fast-paced environment
