License Renewal Assistant (Temporary)

Job Responsiblities 

• To assist walk-in taxi and private hire vehicle drivers to renewal their vocational license via online portal.  This includes, but not limited to assisting the vehicle drivers to complete the renewal process online, help to take passport size photo, compress file sizes to fit into portal restrictions etc.

Period: 

• Temporary (6 months with possible extension) 

Location: 

•  TADA mobility hub at Mid-View City @ Sin Ming, 40 Sin Ming Ln, #01-01, Singapore 573958 | Comfort Delgro Group Yishun Taxi kiosk, Taxi Kiosk at Carpark Gantry of Blk 638 Yishun St 61 (May be redeployed to the other location as and when required.)

Working Hours: 

• Three days per week (Tues - Thur) from 10am - 3pm (Lunch break 12pm to 1pm)

Salary:

• $10/HR

Job Requirements

• The candidate needs to have computer skills and adaptable to different mobile phones models, in addition, be adept in digital applications and technology. He/she must be comfortable with physical and digital interactions to guide drivers to put in vocational license renewal application and other related assistance.
• Ability to read and converse in English is required; As interactions may be in Mandarin, ability to converse in mandarin will be good.
• Be patient and service oriented
• Able to work independently
