ADMIN SUPPORT

 

Job Description:

 

  • Update ATS and job summary for new orders
  • Update ATS Client Management for new clients
  • Saving Applicants and new sourced resumes on Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Contacting candidates to missing information
  • Posting new job order(s) and reposting of existing job order(s) on various job portals.
  • Take minutes of meeting during sharing sessions
  • Assist recruiters in conducting reference check, drafting of contract, renewal, addendum and confirmation letter etc
  • Creation of marketing campaigns on social media (Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin) on HR related news/articles
  • Send KPI resume report as and when needed
  • Track Job credits for Job advertisement
  • Other miscellaneous duties assigned on daily basis

 

Location:

Shenton House

 

Working hours:

9am to 6.30pm

 

Salary:

up to $2,500

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Diploma in Business administration or any related field
  • Willing to learn attitude
  • Attention to details
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Effective oral and written communication
