Description:

• Candidate will be part of the service team to assist inbound calls from corporate customers with the solutioning of Bank’s digital products (Internet Banking, PayNow, SGQR, etc.)
• We require candidate to be meticulous with details and good communication skills.

Duration:                           

• 3 months, possibile extension to 6 months
• Start date: Immediate

Location:

• Rafflesplace

Working hours:                

• Mon – Fri, 9am to 6pm

Salary:                                    

•  $10/hr

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma / equivalent or experience in a Contact Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment
• A strong service mindset and ability to take ownership to deliver excellent service at all times is essential
