Administrative Assistant (Corporate & Retail)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the sales team (corporate and retail)
  • Manage company’s main email account and respond to email enquiries promptly
  • Prepare sales quotations, invoices and other sales-related documents for local and overseas customers, including government / corporate tenders
  • Follow up on sales quotations and purchase orders from customers
  • Arrange overseas delivery / export for customers – from ensuring that payment is received from the customer in advance, to the preparation of delivery orders / invoices and liaison with courier or forwarder for collection of cargo
  • Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 9am – 6pm


  • $2200 - $2800

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Prior sales quotation experience, especially in government tenders (GeBIZ) would be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communication
  • Meticulous, with excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
