Job Description:
- Saving and uploading resume to ATS (internal system) from job portal and assign to respective Managers or recruiters
- Posting of job advertisements to various job portal.
- Preparation of contract letters/ renewal letters to selected applicants
- Reference checking with applicants' previous employers
- Marketing and Employer branding on social media such as Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram – (HR related)
- Any other operational ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting officer

- 3 to 6 months
Working hours:
- 9am to 5pm
Salary:
- $8 to $10 per hour
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A level / Diploma in Human Resource / Business administration or any related field
- Willing to learn attitude
- Attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective oral and written communication
