Temporary Administrative Support

- Period: 3-6 months
- $8-$10 per hour

Job Description:

  • Saving and uploading resume to ATS (internal system) from job portal and assign to respective Managers or recruiters
  • Posting of job advertisements to various job portal.
  • Preparation of contract letters/ renewal letters to selected applicants    
  • Reference checking with applicants' previous employers
  • Marketing and Employer branding on social media such as Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram – (HR related)
  • Any other operational ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting officer

  • 3 to 6 months 

Working hours:

  • 9am to 5pm


  • $8 to $10 per hour 


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • A level / Diploma in Human Resource / Business administration or any related field
  • Willing to learn attitude
  • Attention to details      
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Effective oral and written communication
