Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our marketing campaigns
- Promote & market company's products and services
- Handle incoming calls, queries and feedback
- Assist to arrange appointment for customers to the respective outlets
- Achieve turn up rate for outgoing calls
Salary:
- up to $2400
Period:
- Permanent
Working Hours:
- 5 days work per week (alternate Sat off)
Type (1):
- 4 full days (9am to 7pm)
- 2 half days (1 weekday / 1 Sat) (10am to 2pm)
- Off on Sunday
Type (2):
- 4 full days (9am to 7pm)
- 1 shorter day (10am to 7pm)
- Off on Saturday & Sunday
Location:
- Cityhall
Requirements:
- Min N level, no experience required
- Service & Sales oriented
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good telephone etiquette
