Job Responsibilities:
- Sales oriented role which involves extensive communication with customers via e-mail, phone calls, face to face meeting and presentations.
- Proactively manage and develop relationships with customers to keep abreast of their development and identify new sales opportunities to pursue.
- Provide customers with accurate and prompt quotation and booking information.
- Prompt follow up with quotation and monitoring of booking from end to end.
- Liaise with colleagues in HQ, regional and other division to ensure smooth coordination and completeness of information and documents for all transaction.
- Prompt reporting of sales activities, performance using techniques and tools for business analysis/ improvement and feedback to line manager.
- Look for opportunities to improve sales process and performance, in collaboration with operation & documentation etc.

Salary:
- $2,800 to $3,500 + VB
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above, preferably in Logistics or Business management.
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experience will be an advantage.
- A strong team player whom is outgoing and willing to learn, develop and grow as well as to support the team to achieve business target and KPIs.
- A highly independent worker, willing to take ownership of an opportunity and hands on every aspect of the job.
- Good communication and problem solving skills with the ability to find core issues and creatively address.
- Good Microsoft office skills e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel and knowledge in Microsoft Teams, Powerbi, PowerApps & Sharepoint.
- Process requirement to input and also the maintenance of CRM system; training will be provided.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize task and follow SOP/Working instruction.
- Proficiency in written & spoken English & Mandarin to communicate with counterparts and clients in Asia Pacific countries.
- Capable to carry out administrative support to the team.
- Travelling to Port and meeting with customers are necessary.
