Admin Assistant, Leasing

- Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to the Admin team
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of the tenancy related documents, develop and enhance presentation decks and any other related activities
  • Filing, compiling of sales data, etc
  • Assist in the implementation of the Leasing Management System
  • Coordinate with the IT vendors and tenants to ensure the successful implementation of Point-of-Sales solution in the tenanted units
  • Support the IT executive to conduct testing and commissioning of the leasing IT Systems
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Salary:

  • up to $3000 

 

Working Hours: 

  • Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm 

 

Period: 

  • 6 months

 

Location: 

  • Changi 

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma with relevant experience

  • Computer savvy and familiar with Excel and Microsoft Office products
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and constant contacts
  • Detail oriented
  • Willingness to learn and support in a fast-paced environment under little supervision
