Job Description:

  • Talent Acquisition and Management
    • Support the full cycle of recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding and confirmation.
    • Process exit clearance for departing employees.
    • Prepare HR letters for employees and ensure updated HRIS and employee files.
  • Foreign Worker Management
    • Handle work pass matters such as new applications, renewal and other related requirements.
    • Coordinate with the dormitory on matters related to workers’ accommodation and process monthly dormitory invoices.
    • Assist with home leave and repatriation arrangements.
  • Payroll Processing
    • Verify timesheets for accurate payroll processing.
    • Ensure monthly payrolls are processed timely and accurately.
  • Learning and Organisation Development
    • Liaise with external vendors to conduct training for employees.
    • Evaluate and propose training programmes to meet the learning objectives of employees.
    • Maintain and analyse training records and feedback to assess effectiveness of training.
    • Participate in learning and organisation development initiatives to promote a learning culture in the organisation.
  • Administer Employee Benefits
    • Ensure accurate enrolment of employees on medical benefits scheme and verify monthly invoices from the vendor.
    • Handle work injury claims with the insurer and relevant reporting to MOM.
    • Submit claims for government‐paid leave.
    • Send birthday greetings to employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Welfare
    • Support the implementation of employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
    • Conduct surveys to obtain feedback on employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Prepare monthly manpower and HR‐related reports.
  • Participate in HR projects to support the HR goals of the Company.

Salary:

  • $2,300 to $3,200

Working Hours:

  • 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in HRM or Business‐related specialisations.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR generalist roles is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in Info‐Tech HRIS is an advantage.
  • Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.
  • Meticulous and able to multi‐task to meet deadlines independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
