Sales Admin Executive

- Monday – Fridays: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enquiry handling (Phone/Email)
  • Lead/Enquiry registration and tracking
  • Provide timely and effective administrative support to sales team
  • Process sales related documentations (orders, contracts, etc)
  • Track the status of orders and deliveries and to maintain sales reports
  • Stock availability confirmation (ad-hoc)
  • Sales assistant for channel partner business
  • Maintain up-to-date customer/salesperson records in CRM


Working Hours:
Monday – Fridays: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Up to $2,200

Teban Gardens


  • Min GCE “O” Level
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint
  • Required languages: English & Chinese
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous with numbers
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible attitude and a willing-to-help-others mind set
  • Able to use SAP would be an added advantage
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
