Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:
•             Answer incoming calls and document all call information into the IT system according to standard operating procedures. Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
•             Manage and prioritize call center queues effectively.
•             Evaluate and work on customer requests from calls, chats and emails in a timely manner.
•             Assign customer request to appropriate subject matter experts if needed. Identify and escalate issues to call center manager if necessary.
•             Provides prompt support to aircraft on ground. 
•             Attend to quotations and Purchase Orders.
•             Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for parts orders or tooling request.
•             Other duties as assigned.

10:30am to 8pm/ 11am to 8:30pm
8am to 8pm/ 8:30am to 8:30pm

Diploma holder with 2 years of aircraft working experience in the aviation industry.
•             Good analytical skills and command of English.
•             Able to communicate well.
•             Able to work independently.
•             Able to work well within a team.
•             Must be prepared to work on day/night rotating shift (12 hours)
•             Proficient in Microsoft Office.
•             Knowledge in SAP, Oracle, call centre software is preferred.
•             Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
