Roles & Responsibilities

  • Attend to and resolve queries raised by merchants through the various channels
  • Assist Relationship Managers with administrative duties to ensure merchants’ requests are promptly worked on
  • Attend to requests submitted by the merchants through the self-service portal
  • Liaise with vendors and associations to ensure that stationeries and terminal related requests are promptly addressed
  • Assist to prepare reports for merchant performance monitoring
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors to support the team

 

Duration

  • 1 year contract

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm

 

Location: 

  • Raffles Place

 

Salary:

  • Up to $2800

 

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in related field
