Contract Staff, Property Service Management @ Raffles Place

Job Description:

  • Assist in procurement activities for Property Management Department
  • Arrange for tender boxes to receive submissions and lock up boxes at closing time; book room and liaise with Finance for witnessing
  • Assist in sending pre-qualification forms to vendors, check that all submitted forms are complete and perform role of a librarian' for prequalification documents
  • Follow up with vendors and track collection of insurance certificates from vendors
  • Check and verify Approval Papers and Letter of Awards prepared and ensure it is in order before passing to HOD for signing.
  • Prepare department meeting minutes of meeting
  • Submit reports: collate and coordinate all periodic MO submissions to other divisions
  • Payment processing
  • Distribute invoices for signatures
  • Support the team In preparing expense analysis vouchers for business units
  • Perform general administrative functions such as order stationery, file documents, arrange off-site document storage, track training hours and consolidate customer feedback for department
  • Assist in any other administrative duties as assigned

 

Duration:

  • 6 months contract

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

 

Location:

  • Raffles Place

 

Salary:

  • up to $2500 


Qualifications:

  • Higher NITEC or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • At least 3 years' experience in administration support: preferably in property management industry
  • Ability to contribute as a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with customer service experience will have an added advantage
