Lab Tech (Metallurgy)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical testing on the coating specimen and metallurgical evaluation of various type of coatings and materials for aircraft engine component repair.
• Prepare the sample for mechanical testing and sample for metallurgical evaluation.
• Operate and maintain metallurgical Lab equipment.
• Work with Engineering for metallurgical evaluation and analysis on new product/process capability setup.
• Maintain and update Lab records and procedures.

Salary:

• $2,200 to $2,800

Working Hours: 

• Monday to Friday​

Period: 

• 1 Year Renewable Contract

Location: 

• Paya Lebar

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience
• Preferably Diploma in Mechanical/Materials/Quality Assurance Engineering
• Basic command of written and spoken English
