Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management

Job Description

·       Manage supply chain strategy to support conversion biz

·       Analyzing supply chain data and performance

·       Anticipate and mitigate kits deliveries issues

·       Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly 

·       Manage kit shortage or delay with supplier

·       Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes

·       Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans

·       Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards

·       Communicate and negotiate with suppliers/vendors to land more profitable deals

Job Requirement

·       Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field

·       >5 years of experience in supply chain management

·       Self-starter with excellent leadership and team building skills

·       Strategic and analytical mind

·       Ability to resolve complex problems creatively

·       Attention to detail

·       Strong customer focus: skilled ability to interpret and analyse customer requirements;

Strong presentation, communication skills and written communication skills able to speak with stakeholders of different levels
