x 1 Retail Assistant @ Jurong East

Responsibilities:

• Assists the Retail Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily store operations
• Lead and motivate team members to ensure excellent customer service is delivered
• Understand store and business priorities and communicates key messages to team members
• Actively work with merchants and vendors to enhance the visual presentation of products to drive sales
• Actively review on popular and high-sales volume products to increase sales for the company
• Actively seek feedback from customers and consolidate the feedback to the Retail Manager
• Perform service recovery activities to protect the reputation of the company
• To train retail staff to drive sales

• Permanent

Location:

• Jurong East

Working Hours:

• 6 days’ work week ( 2 Shift, Rest Day Tuesday)

Salary:

• $1600 and $100 Retail Allocation + Sale incentive

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education
