Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Creating job login, issue of job cards ( arrangement of jobs)
  • Monitor pm for sale and rental
    • Ensure no preventive maintenance is missed out.
    • Scanning of preventive maintenance contracts
  • Filing of service reports and preventive maintenance checklists
  • Monitor van servicing and inspection
  • Ordering of sundries
  • Process technicians claims
  • Monitoring of spare parts and ordering of spare parts to subsidiary
  • Login of batteries breakdown and follow up with Customer Sales Service Executive for batteries and chargers
  • Issuing of spare parts
  • Follow up on quotation jobs approve
  • Follow up on tasks assign

 

 Period:

  • Permanent

 

Location:

  • Loyang

 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 6.00pm
  • 1 hr lunch break, 0.5 hr tea break
  • Saturday - 8.30 am to 12.30pm

 

Salary:

  • Up to $2,300 + AWS + Medical/Insurance benefit

 

Requirements:

  • At least NITEC or technical diploma
  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience
  • Have Microsoft Office skills
  • Have a positive attitude and is active
