Officer, Documentation Team for Treasury Products @ Tampines Central

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for treasury products’ trade confirmation and notification templates
  • Ensure that all trade confirmations are executed within established timeline
  • Ensure discrepancies / issues relating to trade confirmation are resolved promptly
  • Ensure documentation are put in place for new businesses / treasury products
  • Ensure escalation process and management reporting in place
  • Drives process improvement and system automation
  • Ensure compliance to Department and Bank’s operational risk and regulatory requirements.

Location:                                                       

  • Tampines Central

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 9am to 6.30pm

 

Salary:

  • Up to $2800 (depending on experience)

 

Job Requirements:

  • Good knowledge in treasury products or processing
  • Good written and oral communication skills and able to interact with people at various levels
  • A strong team player
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in Treasury Confirmation preferred
